LEGAL / TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms for responsible intelligence.

These Terms govern your use of AUGI, a public-domain security investigation service operated by . By using AUGI, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and only for defensive, authorized purposes.

Permitted use

You may inspect publicly accessible DNS and network signals for domains you own, administer, or are authorized to assess. Do not use AUGI to harass, stalk, dox, impersonate, probe private systems, evade security controls, or make automated requests that exceed your plan.

Plans and limits

Monthly plan limits are enforced on the server and are not a promise of uninterrupted availability. Paid subscriptions renew as shown at checkout and can be managed through the billing portal. We may suspend abuse, fraud, or activity that threatens the service.

Accuracy and responsibility

Public DNS and IP geolocation data can be incomplete, delayed, proxied, or inaccurate. AUGI provides informational security context, not identity verification, legal advice, incident attribution, or a guarantee of safety. You are responsible for reviewing evidence and acting lawfully.

Contact and changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Add a published support contact before launch for legal notices and account requests.
